One Worth Shouting About
Decanter Magazine has described the Chateau d'Esclans Whispering Angel as a wine that "has always delivered a fresh and sculpted rose, on the mineral side of fruity, with a kick of mouthwatering salinity on the finish" and as a wine that "feels a little more grown-up than most other roses in this price bracket" and we have to agree.
As stockists of Whispering Angel we really do think that this is a wine that deserves to be shouted about, and certainly not left to whispers! Chateau D`Esclans Whispering Angel is the introductory wine to the Chateau’s line of Rose, salmon coloured with aromas of redcurrant and raspberry. The palate has a creamy texture rarely seen in rose with great breadth and dense summer fruit aromas. Jancis Robinson described this as "the best pink wine to have come my way" and our own Carol is a big fan too describing it as "Cobham`s favourite Rose."
Whilst the sun is shinging this is a great wine to share with friends!
