From selected vineyard sites across Chile`s Central Valley. The cooling influences of the Andes and the Humboldt current together with the diurnal temperature difference here allows for slow ripening so that the grapes develop maximum flavour.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the Curico Valley. Curico‘s mediterranean climate is a result of the vines being shielded from the Pacific Ocean by the Coastal Range. Sauvignon Blanc from Curico is riper in comparison to the cooler climate regions in Chile, but is still able to retain freshness due to cool nights.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Colchagua Valley, Chile renowned for making excellent red wines. In Colchagua, the moderating breezes from the ocean slows ripening allowing the wines to achieve perfect ripeness. Cool nights help retain acidity giving freshness to the wines. All grapes were hand harvested. Deep, ruby red in colour.
Grown in Chile`s Casablanca Valley, the climate in this valley can be described as cool Mediterranean. Its closeness to the ocean tempers its climate and winters tend to be mild. The vineyards are planted on the flatter plains and on the gentle slopes of the Casablanca valley.
Black and red fruits on the nose, with hints of chocolate and pepper. The Apalta vineyard brings ripe blackfruits with round tannins, while the Marchigue vineyard brings elegant notes of violets and red fruits. The small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon adds structure, lifted aromatics and complexity to the plushness of the Malbec.

Great Value new wave Chilean Pinot which is quite a profound experience for the money. It`s made from a selection of young vines mainly sourced from hillside blocks planted on a mixture of red clay and decomposed granite. The wine was aged for a total of 9 months in second use French oak barrels before being bottled with minimal filtration.
This Syrah from the Odfjell team has super ripe fruit that manages to combine great depth and richness, with clear and precise underlying acidity. The influence of oak underpins that dark blackcurrant and blackberry fruit and sweet spice. Rich and powerful but still softly textured, this wine is another triumph for Chile. Terrific value !

This is a great cool climate Pinot Noir from the esteemed Aconcagua Costa Valley in Chile. The grapes were hand picked to ensure optimum ripeness and quality. The wine was aged for 10 months in French Oak barrels to gain complexity without overpowering the fresh fruit character.
Deep ruby colour. The nose is full of dark fruits such as cassis, mulberry and blueberry, along with a touch of fresh red strawberry and raspberry fruit and a hint of violet. The wood gives just a touch of complexity on the palate, complementing the fresh, fruity character. Tannins are soft and gentle in this rounded and complex wine.
