The Weisser Riesling was harvested from 25 year old (Geisenheim clone 239) unirrigated vineyards, situated on decomposed granite soils, 300m above sea level. The Riesling was harvested at 22.0°B and tank fermented at 15°C.
The Crossings Gruner Veltliner is grown in Marlborough`s Awatere Valley. With lifted notes of white peach, honey and spice. The palate is rich and complex highlighted by nut and spice notes, a creamy texture and finishes with fine acidity.

Originating from the northern part of Rhone in France, Viognier has extremely individual characteristics; dry, powerful, spicy and reminiscent of dried apricots when picked ripe. The Dreamer is light in colour with hints of green, its aromatics are bright and spicy fruit characters.
This Pinot Bianco is award-winningand a pure expression of the Fruilian region. It is pale gold in colour, with a nose bursting full of tropical fruit with ripe peach and some sweet spices. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and notes of ripe peaches and pears with an elegant, citrus acidity leaving a clean impression on the finish.
Tres Naris Riesling is bright yellow in colour with tiny hints of green. The wine has aromas of fresh hay and yellow fruits. The medium bodied palate is fresh and invigorating, with lively acidity to balance the full, ripe fruit on the long, juicy finish.
This Moscato from the team at Vajra is pale yellow, with a delicate fizz which is persistent and creamy. The wine has aromas of stone fruit - apricots and peach - with citrus, followed by herbal notes. The palate is semi-sweet and lightly frothing.

Le Chemin des Garennes from Chateau Capion is a blend of Roussanne and Bourboulenc from the Languedoc. Lovely balanced Viognier from Chapoutier. At the foothills of the Coirons in Mirabel in the Ardeche, the volcanic soil is perfectly adapted to the cultivation of Viognier. The wine displays fine aromas of pear apricot with a slight hint of marmalade.
This interesting Gewurztraminer is full of peach, apricot and blood orange zest on the nose. All these follow through on the palate, with rounded ripe fruit giving a sense of sweetness and beautiful aromatic notes. All this is balanced with lively acidity.
