Our Wines

This Sankt Laurent from the team at Allram, Austria is Elegant and a light red colour. The Sankt laurent Grape is a descendent of Pinot Noir and so has some of those characteristics. It has excellent spicy fruit, delicate sweetness and a well-balanced acidity. It is mineral, on the palate but still fruit driven.

The Domaines Schlumberger Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Kessler originates from the Grand Cru Kessler plot, first distinguished in 1394. Domaines Schlumberger owns 22 hectares of the 29-hectare plot, which lies on a bedrock of Vosges sandstone. A limestone outcrop gives the soil a clay character.

This wine exudes fresh fruit notes of peaches and orange peel, twinned with an alluring aroma of sandalwood. This depth of flavour is complemented by an opulent buttery texture and harmonised with hallmark Provençal acidity as it leads to a moreish nutty finish.

Originally a section of the Groot Constantia estate, Eagles Nest is a high quality estate with winemaking/growing by Kevin Watt and Cape legend, Martin Meinert.The only white is Viognier, planted at the insistence of Executive Director, Peter Stewart, who loves the variety.

Sourced from grapes grown on the Paul Cluver farm in Elgin. Just 300 cases. The wine is raised in old oak in order to maintain elegance and delicacy.

The Mullineux Old Vines White is a Chenin heavy blend from Swartland. Pale straw in colour, this wine has a nose of ripe, green citrus fruit and Christmas spices. The palate is fresh and richly textured, with notes of ripe pears, almonds and peaches, and a clove-like finish.
