From selected vineyard sites across Chile`s Central Valley. The cooling influences of the Andes and the Humboldt current together with the diurnal temperature difference here allows for slow ripening so that the grapes develop maximum flavour.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Colchagua Valley, Chile renowned for making excellent red wines. In Colchagua, the moderating breezes from the ocean slows ripening allowing the wines to achieve perfect ripeness. Cool nights help retain acidity giving freshness to the wines. All grapes were hand harvested. Deep, ruby red in colour.

Great value,this fantastic Chartreuse property is among the best of the appellation, producing firm, rich wine from predominately Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc. Tanesse has classic structure, and in this great vintage it has extra depth of soft fruit with subtle oak, ripe tannins, and an excellent balance.
