This white blend comes from relatively high-altitude vineyards above the river Douro. Bright lemon in colour. On the nose, intense floral aromas stand out, as well as citrus fruits, tropical fruits, white stone fruits and light asparagus aromas. It has lively acidity which is well integrated on the palate. The finish is elegant and harmonious.

Cluver`s oldest Gewurztraminer vines were planted in 1987, with 10% of the total plantings (7.65 ha) currently dedicated to this German variety. The nose is a surprising combination of rose petal, lychee, cucumber, summer melon and mango. It is deliciously fresh on the palate with a lovely lime and lemongrass finish.
This is a wine with excellent typicity and a fresh, mineral profile. Its great aromatic intensity first reflects citrus and herbs that lead to subtle notes of tropical fruits such as cherimoya, passion fruit, and lychee, complemented by a touch of green chili pepper.
The Weisser Riesling was harvested from 25 year old (Geisenheim clone 239) unirrigated vineyards, situated on decomposed granite soils, 300m above sea level. The Riesling was harvested at 22.0°B and tank fermented at 15°C.

Le Chemin des Garennes from Chateau Capion is a blend of Roussanne and Bourboulenc from the Languedoc. A pale golden yellow in colour, the wine displays aromas of mandarin, white peach and lemon zest with notes of fennel, white flowers and wet stone. Barrel ageing lends the wine weight on the palate which is balanced by a refreshing acidity.
