Good colour with a deep garnet core and tremendous intensity on both nose and palate. A classic vintage with great structure and more fruit intensity than the 1996 vintage, it has the characteristic truffle and rose perfumes of good Nebbiolo together with the complexity and balance which is typical of Barolo from Serralunga.
Quinta do Fojo primarily grow grapes for Taylor`s Port, but in exceptional years they will produce a still wine. This is a rich, powerful Douro red, showing wonderful dark fruit, a beautiful perfume and complex, earthy aromas.

Magdalena is the result of careful blending using the best barrel fermented Semillon blocks and some aromatic Sauvignon Blanc that was picked early. The wine reflects the minerality of the Bot River soils and the perfumed aromas of maritime climate fruit.
Rare, exclusive and high quality, this is the red blend from the cult T- Oinos estate on Tinos the Volcanic Greek Island in the Cyclades. usually only seen in top Michelin starred restaurants. A blend of Avgoustiatis and Mavrotragano, it`s a warm generous spicey red with great depth and food-ability.
Since white Saumur-Champigny doesn’t exist, this wine defaults to the catch-all appellation of Saumur. La Dame, is fermented and aged in new and second fill barriques and larger foudre. It comes from a specific clone of Chenin, planted close to the Medieval church above Parnay, that gives it a great aromatic quality; almost Alsatian in style.
A Grenache, Syrah, Petit Sirah blend from cult winemaker Orin Swift of Prisoner fame. Immediate popping aromatics of juicy red and dark fruits—raspberries, cranberries, dark plums and pluots—and a hint of deep earthiness are present in the glass.
This has a delicious fresh purple colour with good depth, though the nose is reticent – fresh and bright but not yet delivering detail. There’s fine, clean powerful fruit right across the palate, with mineral freshness behind. This is a cooler site which gives it the crunch at the back.
From a vineyard just below Griotte-Chambertin comes this fine, bright purple wine. A very elegant, stylish, gently-fruited Gevrey: a lovely medium-bodied wine, with a long graceful finish, silky and pure.
The prominent acidity of Chenin Blanc grapes from the Loire allows for the production of exceptional `méthode traditionelle` sparkling wines. This Cremant de Loire is a pale lemon in colour with notes of baked apples on the nose. The palate has a lovely, soft mousse with notes of lemon, apple, honeysuckle and brioche.
This Pinot Noir from Central Coast California comes from Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman’s Domaine de la Côte estate vineyards, which are some of the best vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA. It is ripe, concentrated with Californian purity of fruit and incredible elegance and balance.
A round, fruit-forward wine from the excellent 2015 vintage. Made from a classic blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, notes of blackberries, cherry and plum combine with cinnamon and subtle toast notes from 18 months ageing in oak.

The Lantignié `Granit Rose` is a blend of different parcels grown on granite soil in Lantignié, a tiny town in west Beaujolais. The wine is perfumed with floral notes and red and black cherries. The palate is posied and well-balanced with fine tannins and lifted acidity.
This terrific Cotes de Beaune is made from grapes sourced from vineyards around the village of Volnay. The wine is aged for 12 months in old French oak before bottling. With aromas of bright cherry fruit, black raspberry and delicate sweet spice. It is super quality, complex and interesting. A real treat!
