A Sangiovese from the New World, that`s what we have here. We were suspicious and then we tried it and it`s marvellous. On the palate there are raspberries, dark berries, juniper and dried herbs. For those lovers of natural wine this beauty has minimal intervention at all stages and has tiny amounts of sulphur added, compared to other wines.

Chenin Blanc the grape of Vouvray in the Loire, loves the sunshine of South Africa and is very generous on the palate.
An exciting new vineyard between the tiny hamlet of Malagas and Cape Infanta, at the mouth of the Breede River – called Sijnn by the original Khoisan inhabitants. Perched on a plateau of slate and rolled stones, about 15km from the southern oceans of Africa. At this stage there are no other vineyards within a 40 km radius.
Tempranillo blanco is a white Spanish wine grape variety that is grown in the Rioja region. It is a relatively `new` grape variety as it is a natural mutation of the red Tempranillo variety that is grown throughout Spain. The wine has fruity aromas with green apple, citrus and floral characters.

The Villa Baulieu estate is located within the crater of Provence`s only volcano located in Rognes. The estate has been family owned since its creation in 1576 and it is owned by the Guénat family today, who also own Château Beaulieu.
This wine has a golden yellow colour with green lights. The nose is fresh, with roasted notes, brioche and aromas of white-fleshed fruit, fennel and honeysuckle. It has a fresh, suave and well-balanced palate. It is a rich wine with great persistency, and slightly roasted and aniseed aromas.
