High quality and quite profound Assyrtiko from the volcanic soils on the beautiful island of Santorini. Hand picked, aged on lees for 6 months. White peach, lime, lemon, a stony character and gentle spice on the classic nose. Really minerally on the palate, it`s tight and fresh yet really expressive. Grapefruit leading to riper citrus and hints of tropical fruit on the palate, good limey acidity and a really minerally finish, really stony. Clean, full-flavoured and expressive.
