The Beaumont Vitruvia 2015 maiden vintage was a brilliant vintage with close to perfect growing conditions. . Sebastian Beaumont has created a white blend formed from old vine Chenin, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Semillon and Colombard. It is perfectly balanced, dry, yet rich and delicate and has oodles of class. It can be enjoyed on its own or with seafood, especially shellfish. Carol was lucky enough try this wine at The Test Kitchen, Cape Town which is arguabaly one of the best restaurants in the world and felt she just had to have this wine in the store. Don`t miss out, this wine has tiny allocations and so when it`s gone, it`s gone!
