This has full ripe Pinot Gris spiciness in the nose, with a lovely lemon lift. It is medium weight, but with a full, stony impact on the palate, where it is long and satisfying with good acidity. No malolactic fermentation is allowed, so the wine retains a bright crisp citrus acidity. Attractive peach fruit. creamy texture, very slightly off-dry.
A new discovery from a tiny, single hectare of Chenin blanc vines in the Coteaux du Vendômois, whose vineyards lie on the both banks of the Loir, a tributary of the River Loire. Bright stone-fruit flavour and appetising freshness.
The juice was barrel-fermented in 228l second-fill Burgundy-shaped barrels, and matured “sur-lie” in thebarrel for 8 months with occasional “barrel rolling” to add richness to the palate. To accentuate the fresh citrus flavour, 32 % tank-fermented Chenin Blanc was blended with the barrel fermented portion.
This Pinot Gris has a soft floral nose accompanied by pear, quince and some spicy notes equipoised by flavours of lemon, white peach and savoury yeastiness characters. Elegant and deftly balanced with a dry mouth-watering finish

Rich gold in colour, this wine delights with mellow aromatics, which are reminiscent of pear, apple, quince, dough and cream, with a touch of wood smoke. On the palate, generous flavours of baked apple, quince, cream, nuts and pastry.
Garganega. 85 %Trebbiano di Soave. 15% Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish hints. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan.Good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity that enhances its long length.
The prominent acidity of Chenin Blanc grapes from the Loire allows for the production of exceptional `méthode traditionelle` sparkling wines. This Cremant de Loire is a pale lemon in colour with notes of baked apples on the nose. The palate has a lovely, soft mousse with notes of lemon, apple, honeysuckle and brioche.
The robe is a light yellow with an average intensity. The disk is bright, limpid and transparent. The wine has a youthful character.The nose is varietal, with slight smoky and cocoa flavours Airing reveals more fruity notes, apricots and peach.The onset in the mouth is fresh, delicate and moderately ample. One finds again of ripe fruit.
Strong citrus and guava aromas on the nose with ripe pineapple and peach flavours that follows through on the palate along with crisp pear. Since white Saumur-Champigny doesn’t exist, this wine defaults to the catch-all appellation of Saumur. La Dame, is fermented and aged in new and second fill barriques and larger foudre. It comes from a specific clone of Chenin, planted close to the Medieval church above Parnay, that gives it a great aromatic quality; almost Alsatian in style.

The Calvarino vineyard is in the heart of the Soave Classico zone and represents the core of the ancient family estate, bought at the beginning of 1900.
The name ‘Calvarino’ derives from ‘Little Calvary’ reflecting how difficult the soil is to work and the tortuous path which winds from top to bottom.
The Mullineux Old Vines White is a Chenin heavy blend from Swartland. Pale straw in colour, this wine has a nose of ripe, green citrus fruit and Christmas spices. The palate is fresh and richly textured, with notes of ripe pears, almonds and peaches, and a clove-like finish.
