Port Barrel Aged Dark Ale. This is a Dark Ale that fermented with the indigenous flora of the 'Porto da Quinta' DO Portal barrels. Reddish in color, the aroma highlights the acidity tinged with spice notes.
Vinha Grande is the second oldest wine of the Douro Valley (after Barca Velha) and its heritage is noticeable in every sip. Deep ruby in colour. Baby Mouchao A blend of Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and Aragonez, vinified in Lagares in the traditional way and aged in large wooden vats with a proportion in barrels for 12 months and released after a further 6 months in bottle. A fantastic fruity, full bodied wine with stacks of ripe black fruit and hints of vanilla.
The grapes were partially destemmed before treading by foot in the traditional lagars, a hallmark of Quinta do Infantado wines. Fermentation is long at Infantado, producing drier wines, some of the wine was aged in tank and some in oak barrel of various sizes and ages.
This wine has a pale lime-lemony colour. A distinctive mineral nose with hints of graphite and fresh lemons on the background. Juicy and elegant on the palate, showing fresh citrus flavours in a long and refreshing finish.

Produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes grown on the Company`s Douro Estate, Quinta da Gricha in Portugal. The wine is aged in 2nd and 3rd year French Oak for 12 months.

On the palate the dry, medium bodied blend is ripe with more black fruit, with a good balance, lithe tannins and a medium finish.
Mouchao Alentejo red from the terrific 2013 vintage is made from Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira. These wines are traditionally foot trodden and fermented in lagares, 2-3 years in large wooden vats and then 2-3 years in bottle before release.
From the historic producer Casa Ferreirinha, the wine is made at the modern winery at Quinta da Leda in the Douro Valley. Very deep ruby in colour. Its intense and complex aromas include notes of red and black berries, balsamic hints, resin and cedar wood.

Top selection from Mouchao with very limited release and allocation, it is only made in years of exceptional quality and and chosen from the best parcels of Alicante Bouschet in the Carapetos vineyard. Crushed by foot and after fermentation in the lagares it is aged in in two wooden vats numbered 3 and 4 for 24 months.
