Medium straw-green coloured, it exhibits an attractive perfume of mineral, spring flowers, white peach, and melon that jumps from the glass. On the palate it is exceptionally concentrated, mouthfilling, and vibrant with just a touch of bitterness.

Golden yellow in colour, clean and bright. This is a supremely elegant, complex white that has enticing floral , citrus and toasted nut aromas. Very good acidity and a delicate mouth feel. Fruity finish with persistent freshness. Ideal with Spanish dishes such as paella and seafood.

From Chateu de Vaudieu, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape expresses notes of white flowers, sweet spices and toasted brioche on the nose. A lively attack on the palate and a touch of minerality is followed by a roundness textured with notes of almond, ripe stone fruit and a powerful mineral edge on the long finish.
