Our Wines

A nose of dried meadow herbs paired with floral notes; this wine convinces the taster with its elegant richness and its aromatic finish. Hazelnut aroma, delicate spices, and a touch of caramel can be found on the palate, with a long finish. Pairs well with venison, Asian cuisine, strong, hard cheese, desserts.

An alpine wine from the heights of Italy's Alto Adige DOC, this Pinot Bianco has bright straw yellow with greenish reflexes. Very fine bouquet, soft notes of apple. Very straightforward on the palate with an elegant freshness and minerality and fine structure.

Light gold in colour with complex aromas of ripe stone fruit such as apricot and peach with notes of white flowers. On the palate, the fresh, citrus character is rounded out by the vanilla notes from the oak ageing and complemented by a nervy, mineral quality. The long finish is floral and fragrant.

Waldschutz' Fels Reserve Weissburgunder (white burgundy, or pinot blanc) is a scinntilating yellow gold in the glass, with notes of marjoram, chamomile, nettle and meadow flowers on the nose.
