From the higher quality area of Valdobbiadene, this is a classic Italian sparkling wine made from the Prosecco grape with the addition of 10% Pinot Bianco. It is dry, elegant, fresh and lively, with floral aromas of hedgerow blossoms and white fruits and a creamy persistent mousse. This is easy to drink and rounded with apple flavours.

Intensely fruity aroma, with creamy apple and lemon, slight sweetness on the finish.
Excellent at any time, on its own, or as an accompaniment to light shellfish dishes and to desserts made with leavened dough.

From Veneto, Italy, Mionetto's Ultra Dry Prosecco is bright yellow in color with delicate notes of elderflower and green apple, which bombard the palate with a refreshing crispness from the delicate bubbles.

Era Prosecco is produced from organically grown Prosecco grapes (locally known as Glera) grown in the Valdobbiadene area around Treviso. This pale and delicate sparkling wine has fine bubbles and fresh aromas of green fruits, elderflower and honeysuckle. It is elegantly light, dry and well balanced.
