The flagship cider of Wignac Ciders, Lièvre is a cider produced with 100% pure organic apple juice. Made with both 'cider' and 'eating' varieties of apples, and no added sugar, colouring or sulphite, it is a lightly alcohol-based artisanal product (4.5%) that will delight your taste buds. 

Reflects the sheer, joyous drinkability of great cider; loaded with fruit, freshness and energy.

Super Dry is a special alchemy edition from Horse Kick Cider, made using the juice of Apples (Cox, Dabinett, Robijn & Tom Putt) Crab Apples (scrumped from the gardens of Surrey) and Medlars (an ancient English fruit). Pressed in October 2020, matured in Pinot Gris Oak barrels over winter, fermented with wild yeasts and bottled in May 2021.

The fresh, citrus vibe of Browns Apple tames any overt sense of the barrels and lifts the intense fruit richness of the late season apples. In the end it’s bright, juicy and full of ripe fruit. It’s fully reminiscent of the tastes, smells and feelings of warm orchard days and the long shadows of harvest time.

Dead Flowers captures the magical alchemy of barrel maturation and wild fermentation. A cider made by nature and not man, one day almost by accident we found it again, lying in three different barrels.
