Our Wines

Big Easy Cabernet was sourced from the Helderberg region within Stellenbosch, with selected parcels from different coastal regions to complete the blend. The great vintage of 2015 gives the Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon a slightly more serious side. Rich and elegant with notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon spice and ripe plums fill the glass.

A charming Aglianico from D`Angelo, with crushed blue fruit on offer, such as blueberries and bilberries, in addition to lavender and dried-tobacco undertones. Full body, chewy tannins and a blackberry-soaked finish.

Rhone meets Chile in style, great black fruit with fresh acidity. Bright purple in colour. On the nose lifted floral notes of lavender and violet predominate together with just a hint of white pepper. In the mouth red cherry, cedar and a touch of cloves combine with fresh acidity and crisp tannins leading to a long, vibrant finish.

The dry slopes of South African vineyards have delivered a Shiraz-led blend with a complex bouquet of superbly concentrated ripe black berries, licorice, and deep, bacony, smoky herbs swirled with delicate Chinese spices. Fruit laden tannins cloak the palate with notes of melted milk chocolate and Morello cherries.

Young and expressive, its tannins are crunchy, fruit is fresh and appealing. Its bouquet, marked by black fruits, spices, mint and some fresh peppers, evolves and enriches as it goes, giving body and length in the mouth. Charming wine and excellent meal companion.

Prima Mano Primitivo comes from two ancient vineyards grown in the red sand on the coast of the Ionian Sea. These two vineyards always produce A Mano`s most intense Primitivo. The yields are very low and the red sand reflects sunlight onto the fruit for early ripening. They are the first vineyards to be harvested in September.

Barolo is the classic red wine of Piedmont, produced from the best vineyards from the hills around the town of Barolo. This is a rich and powerful wine which is velvety on the palate with the distinct bouquet of roses, violets and tar.

Intense nose of black pepper, black cherries and spices make this Dezzani Barolo a delight. Well balanced and expressive with young, ripe tannins and an intense, medium finish.

Bedrock Wine Co.'s Old Vines has a brightly floral, perfumed nose, and plenty of dense red berries and spice throughout.

AGRIPUNICA Barrua 'Isole dei Nuraghi' is born in southwestern Sardinia, in an area known as Basso Sulcis.

This is the darling wine for many Wine Critics. Made from Nero Davola in Sicily where the grapes are manulayy harvested and treated with love in the winery. The result is, lots of pepper and spice character in addition to plenty of dark fruits. Beautifully full bodied, round tannins and a savoury finish. Amazing.

This Barbaresco from Ca del Baio is garnet red in colour. Intense aromas on the nose with powerful fruit and dried flower notes. the wine is dry, smooth and well rounded on the palate with a warm finish and nicely balanced tannins. It`s a super wine and perfect with a fancy pasta supper.
