This stunning Champagne, is predominantly made from Pinot Noir (80%) with all the grapes in the blend, being sourced entirely from `Grand Cru` rated vineyads. It is relatively pale in colour. The aromas of lemons and poached pears jump out of the glass with a fresh mineral note. On the palate the flavours are concentrated with a hint of salinty and lots more of the lemon and citrus fruits. With only 2 grams of residual sugar, this mouthfilling Champagne is bone dry, but really well balanced. Terrific as an aperitif but will also match perfectly with light starters such as fish and salads.
