Chateau Canon, Saint-Emilion 2009

Tasting Notes:

The Chateau Canon is a minerally, yet complexly fruity and intricate wine, with notes of liquorice and plums. A nose of oak, flowers, plums, licorice, stone, cherries and pipe tobacco rolls into a lengthy, lush and complex wine. A promising cellar dweller, this wine should be laid down for at least 10 years before it reaches its full potential.
