Big Smoke`s take on the most popular German beer style. Crisp, dry and light with enough subtle fruit character to be a real crowd pleaser. The Helles lager style is drenched in tradition but this is very much a contemporary tasting lager. At 4.7% this is a mid range premium lager that makes an impact.
Flight Mode Pilsner; brewed with Herkules and Saaz to produce a well balanced and refreshingly light beer. Smooth with a subtle bitterness. Naturally carbonated, the end result is a smooth, bright pilsner, which at a round 4% makes it super sessionable.

Added oats result in a smooth mouthfeel. Fans of a fruitier style of Pale Ale will relish this excellent unfined and unfiltered beer.

It is made using both the traditional fermentation method, with the addition of juice which is fermented using a rare method called Keeving. The result produces a sweet, rich juice and unique Welsh cider which has its own subtle texture and unique taste.

Our IPA has returned, with an update of ingredients to suit it’s new guise as a keg beer and fully energised to deliver it’s full whack of hop flavours. Hazy orange on the eye, it boasts aromas of passion fruit and leaves refreshingly dry with an orange peel and piney finish. (Vegan)
A dark inky stout that captures the flavour of our favourite biscuit with coffee, Biscoff. With a variety of spices; nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger to get the flavour we wanted, then added some oats for a fuller body and cocoa powder for dark chocolate notes.
A malt forward brew using 6 different malt bases - Maris Otter, Caragold, Dextrin, Amber, Roast Barley, Cara special 3 - to create a complex body. The malt brings caramel and toffee flavours to the beer, balanced with Simcoe and Mittelfruh hops for a crisp bitterness to finish.
Big Smoke 'Astral Tides' is our newest hazy New England IPA. For this brew, we've gone tropical with notes of pineapple and watermelon from Bru-1 and El Dorado hops. The New Zealand Kohatu hops bring freshly crushed pine needle aroma and light bitterness to balance out the flavours.
Combining the incredible Citra and Chinook hops from Yakima valley on the west coast of America to create a juicy combination of citrus and tropical flavours. Five different malts marry to balance a well-rounded pale ale that packs a punch.
Seven different malts set the foundations to this award-winning porter. Roasted malts combine with oats to create a smooth toasty beer with subtle chocolate notes to finish. We use only British hops and yeast to finish off this moreish mouthfeel.
