The 3 hectare estate which produces this wine is located in Cars, close to Blaye and the bank of the Gironde River. Certified Demeter Biodynamic, great effort is put into producing this wine in as natural a way as possible, the result is low sulphites and a vegan friendly wine with lots of character.
The Markham Vineyards Merlot from Napa Valley is aged for 15 months in a mixture of new and old French and American oak. On the nose black cherry and cassis aromas are layered with hints of vanilla, mint and toasted nuts. Elegant and supple on the palate, the juicy plum and cherry fruit flavors are punctuated with cola and black pepper spice.

Although Pinot Grigio is best known for the production of white wines, the grapes actually have a pink tinge to them when they are ripe. The wine gets its delicate pink colour from contact with the grape skins during the winemaking process. This wine has the delicate perfumed aromas of peach and rose petals that are typical of a Pinot Grigio rose.
An easy drinking and full bodied wine which has delicious soft fruit flavours of raspberries and redcurrants. The wine is made from selected Portuguese grapes with the addition of Shiraz and this is evident from the superb balance between smooth, ripe fruit and youthful freshness.

This attractive spicy red is from the estate vineyards of a sixth generation family winery located in the Cape region of Robertson. A soft and appealing wine with ripe berry fruits, a touch of pepper and a hint of toasty oak. The palate is supple, well balanced and concentrated.
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Colchagua Valley renowned for making excellent red wines. In Colchagua, the moderating breezes from the ocean slows ripening allowing the wines to achieve perfect ripeness. Cool nights help retain acidity giving freshness to the wines. All grapes were hand harvested. Deep, ruby red in colour.
The grapes were crushed and pressed before fermentation took place in controlled stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 13-16°C. After pressing, further skin contact was avoided to avoid extracting too much colour or tannin. A vivid pink colour, this wine exhibits an intense perfume of red fruits with hints of strawberry and cassis.
An aromatic Sauvignon Blanc, typically grassy in style with zesty lemon and lime character. Full of exotic gooseberry and grapefruit flavours which develop on the palate creating a well rounded wine, ending with a fresh and rounded acidity. Recently voted one of France`s Top 100 Vin de Pays.
