The Gimblett Gravels area is a sub-region within Hawkes Bay with unique stony soils ideal for growing premium wines. The Gimblett is a Bordeaux blend that has an expressive nose, with aromas of cassis, blackberry, blackcurrant leaf, cedar wood and tobacco. Well structured in the mouth, with silky tannins and deep black fruit and savoury oak.
This wine is bright garnet in colour with aromas of plum, sweet cherry, wild flowers and sage. Red berry fruit complemented by mushroom notes dominate the harmonious palate which is well structured with silky, fine-grained tannins and well-integrated acidity.
A soft, elegant nose with savoury red berry fruits, cooked plum flavours combined with dried herb notes and some oak cedar. This is beginning to show some secondary development. Firm textured and with fresh acidity on the palate, the red fruit flavours still show good richness and a plumpness, and the wine possesses a harmonious mouthfeel.

Deep bright crimson, with bright perfumes of raspberry, cherry cola and nicely integrated vanilla and cedar oak. Intense flavours of raspberry and cedarwood, the Angela has a real energy thanks to lively acidity and freshness.

The Story Marsanne Roussane Viogner is produced from the only Marsanne and Roussanne planted in the Grampians region, with grapes from the Westgate vineyard, home to some of the best Shiraz they produce. The wine is fermented using natural yeasts and undergoes a secondary malolactic fermentation.
An Orange/ Skin contact wine. The idea behind this wine is to make a white wine like a red wine. The grapes were left on skins and fermented partially before being pressed. A complex wine, with lemon, cumquat, orange blossom and hints of honey. Textured and concentrated on the palate, with great length and persistence.
Fermented entirely with naturally occurring yeast – this is an alternative style of Sauvignon Blanc that is both intricate and textural. A succulent combination of yellow peach and brown pears, rolled into rich, short pastry with a sprinkling of caramelised almonds.
Utilising gentle handling, the resulting wine is an intriguing, concentrated and complex Pinot Noir displaying both purity and subtle power. With a lifted bouquet comprising mature red cherries, dark plum and characteristic floral aromas, the wine displays powerful layers of fruit.

The grapes for this wine come from their estate vineyards on the Felton Road. Red fruits of the forest along with blackberries dominate the aroma, these are underpinned by savoury herb and liquorice. The wine has a abundant fruity front palate which is fleshy and well textured.

Seresin taste all of their Chardonnay after a year in barrel and only the finest is selected to become the Reserve. The wine is aged for a further six months in old oak puncheons gaining balance, depth and complexity. The 2015 Chardonnay Reserve is a wine full of concentration and poise.
The Balnaves’ family vineyard is situated at the southern end of the famous Coonawarra ‘Terra Rossa‘ strip. Deep rich red in colour, the nose is intense with aromas of ripe cassis, liquorice, and some spicy leather notes, combined with fine smoky French oak. The palate is solid and structured with a fine tannin finish.
A unique blend of Pinot Noir and Shiraz from the Clare Valley. The wine is a deep inky crimson red showing brick edges. On the nose, it has a complex herbal aroma of marjoram and fennel seed with ethereal fine silky tannins, a bright vein of acidity and mulberry, raspberry and dark cherry fruits on the palate.
