Although Pinot Grigio is best known for the production of white wines, the grapes actually have a pink tinge to them when they are ripe. The wine gets its delicate pink colour from contact with the grape skins during the winemaking process.
A delicate pale pink in colour, with beautiful aromas of red berries, crisp green apples, along with some subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the fresh berries are fully revealed. The refershing acidity help create the perfect aperitif and can be drunk on its own or with light canapes, salads, or the Italian classic of melon and ham. Beautiful.
Charming rosé from the Barossa Valley. The wine is vibrant, bright cerise in colour with good depth. Rose petal and delicate musk perfumes lift out of the glass with a little hint of allspice aromatics. The palate is an intriguing combination of delicacy and richness.
