The grapes for this wine come from their estate vineyards on the Felton Road. Handpicked and hand crafted, this wine reflects the nature of the vintage displaying great concentration and balance. Red fruits of the forest along with blackberries dominate the aroma, these are underpinned by savoury herb and liquorice.
Lovely subtle & feather light OZ Viognier. Originating from the northern part of Rhone in France, Viognier has extremely individual characteristics; dry, powerful, spicy and reminiscent of dried apricots when picked ripe. The Dreamer is light in colour with hints of green, its aromatics are bright and spicy fruit characters.
Lifted peppery spice leads into an herbaceous mix of blackberries, currants and cloves. The partial Amarone method produces hints of liquorice, tar and leather whilst remaining fresh and vibrant. The youthful tannin structure will evolve over the next few years to become soft, supple and smooth.

For The Crossing Wild Sauvignon, all the grapes were sourced from their Willowflat vineyards. The winemaking involves a totally hands-off approach with naturally occurring wild yeast fermentation before ageing in French oak ovals and old oak barriques for 8 months. Rebecca and Lucy`s maternal grandmother’s maiden name, Coulthard remembers their ancestors who arrived in South Australia from England aboard The HMS Buffalo in 1836. This wine shows the pure varietal expression of Langhorne Creek Cabernet, one of the original red varietals that established the region.
Blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, brilliant clarity with medium intensity, a cherry red centre and pink purple hue. Aromas of mint and earth harmoniously meld with cherry, plum and berry fruits to afford a complex bouquet. The palate is round and of medium weight, with fine tannins.
Light delicate Oz Savvy known for it`s soft touch and elegance. Very aromatic with notes of passion fruit, pear and nettles. Lots of fruit flavour on the palate including passion fruit and citrus lime, with lingering notes of nettles, all balanced by crisp acid. Bone dry and unoaked to maximise freshness.

Musk and brambly red berries combine with orange peel, dark cocoa powder and roasted coffee beans. Wet red earth and undergrowth. The palate shows spicy clovey notes with a Campari like stalkiness.
Blend of Shiraz with a tiny bit of Viognier, the white aromatic variety. Aromas of violets and peppercorns, nutmeg and blue fruits. Rich and smooth on the palate with soft velvety tannins and flavours of fruit compote with savoury charcuterie notes. Juicy, with medium weight and good balance. Very drinkable, doesn`t knock you over the head.
The wine has an aroma of savoury ripe plum and cherry with a hint of game and smoky oak. Light to medium bodied with round, mouthfilling flavours of plum and cherry, pleasing weight and a long elegant finish with good acidity. Oak integrates nicely with the fruit and helps with the silky tannin structure.
Grenache is one of the most widely planted red varieties in the world, but is exceptionally rare in New Zealand. This Cellar Selection wine is wonderfully ripe and fragrant, overflowing with perfumed cherry, licorice, and violet characters.

The resulting wine has a deep colour, dark berry fruit aromas on the nose that are ripe and intense with ink and violets. Ripe, fleshy fruit on the palate is nicely supported by rustic tannins.
