A cooler climate Shiraz from Victoria, the grapes for The Story Grampians Shiraz is from three different vineyards. The warm vintage in 2013 provided a classic dark fruit spectrum, but the grapes were picked early enough to keep the wines from being too broad. In fact, they are mineral and floral and tightly structured.

The Balnaves’ family vineyard is situated at the southern end of the famous Coonawarra ‘Terra Rossa‘ strip.
