Bright and tight, crisp and textured, this has layers of fruit and gentle oak savouriness. Citrus peel and green apple, baked pear and hazelnut praline, with a creamy texture and a long, elegant dry finish.

An Orange/ Skin contact wine. The idea behind this wine is to make a white wine like a red wine. The grapes were left on skins and fermented partially before being pressed. A complex wine, with lemon, cumquat, orange blossom and hints of honey. Textured and concentrated on the palate, with great length and persistence.
A cooler climate Shiraz from Victoria, the grapes for The Story Grampians Shiraz is from three different vineyards. The warm vintage in 2013 provided a classic dark fruit spectrum, but the grapes were picked early enough to keep the wines from being too broad. In fact, they are mineral and floral and tightly structured.
