One of Australia`s top whites, on allocation only this wine was named after Kevin John Cullen, a pioneer of the Margaret River wine region. Made on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. Following harvest, the Chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast in French oak barriques.
An Orange/ Skin contact wine. The idea behind this wine is to make a white wine like a red wine. The grapes were left on skins and fermented partially before being pressed. A complex wine, with lemon, cumquat, orange blossom and hints of honey. Textured and concentrated on the palate, with great length and persistence.
The fruit for this Verdelho is sourced solely from the Omahu Gravels vineyard located in the Gimblett Gravels region. This is a lovely little wine, on the nose it displays vivid aromas of peach, passionfruit and mandarin.

This Semillon is light white gold in colour, the nose has perfumes of garden herbs and apple over lightly toasty, spiced oak. Bright and tight, crisp and textured, this has layers of fruit and gentle oak savouriness. The Viognier provides exotic aromatics of apricot, musk and jasmine and a luscious mouth-feel. Marsanne provides gentle honeysuckle flavours as well as structure and tension to balance the fullness of the Viognier. The exotic nature of this wine makes it a great substitute for Chardonnay or Pinot Gris.
From the coolest and highest vineyard in the Watervale sub-region comes this vibrant and aromatic Riesling. The outstanding vintage is evident in the Grosset Springvale 2018. Intense citrus aromatics linger on the nose and the taut slightly minerally palate has lemon and lime pith and enticing floral notes framed by a vibrant acidity.
Partial wild yeast barrel fermentation & aged in old barrels on yeast lees. Complex & interesting. Vibrant honeysuckle blossom intermingles with the headiness of papaya salsa, spiked with a pinch of lemon pepper.
