Arneis

From the iconic Italian vineyards of Piedmont; a lush nose of golden apple, lemon curd, peach and apricot notes with floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, with mineral notes and a persistent finish. Pairs very well with aged hard cheeses, shellfish and lean white fish, pasta, cured meats. 

Fenocchio's "Orange Soul' is 100% Arneis, but given 30 days skin contact in stainless steel barrels. A unique, spicy wine with hints of amaro-esque bitter herbs and bright wildflowers, all over an undercurrant of fresh peaches. Great with seasoned cheeses , meat and fish dishes.
