Cabernet Sauvignon

Big Easy Cabernet was sourced from the Helderberg region within Stellenbosch, with selected parcels from different coastal regions to complete the blend. The great vintage of 2015 gives the Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon a slightly more serious side. Rich and elegant with notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon spice and ripe plums fill the glass.

The dry slopes of South African vineyards have delivered a Shiraz-led blend with a complex bouquet of superbly concentrated ripe black berries, licorice, and deep, bacony, smoky herbs swirled with delicate Chinese spices. Fruit laden tannins cloak the palate with notes of melted milk chocolate and Morello cherries.

Château Haut-Beauséjour, is a beautiful wine from Saint Estephe. The wine offers tobacco and cold cinders on the nose with dark fruits. It has long, rich palate with notes of morello cherry and blackcurrant. Fine supple tannins and a fresh acidity adds energy and poise to the wine. Delicious.

The 2014 vintage of Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon reflects a very pure composition that contains only small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and just a touch of Merlot. From this outstanding year emerges a smooth, generous palate with very fine dusty tannins and exemplary balance.
