Chasselas

The wine is very pale lemon in appearance and has a delicate nose of apple skins with a hint of citrus. Despite the delicacy on the nose, the palate provides far more. This is a quite fruity wine with the apple coming through much more strongly. There are some very nice minerals, a lovely stoniness and quite a long finish.

Fendant Les Terrasses is a classic Swiss Chasselas. Crisp and elegant with grapefruit zest, bright citrus and wet stone.

A beautiful example of Switzerland's main varietal, Chasselas; creamy, floral, fruity and mineral. 

Rich, complex, a perfect wine to sip on its own, enjoy with fish and seafood and of course, cheese.

A top La Côte Chasselas from master winemaker Yves de Mestral in Mont-sur-Rolle. 

A Biodynamic Chasselas from the Auvernier in the Neuchatel, Goutte d`Or is a richer style of Chasselas, with aromas of nectarine, white flowers, brioche and almond skin. The palate is fleshy, with good lees weight on the mid-palate and candied orange peel on the finish.
