This Moscato from the team at Vajra is pale yellow, with a delicate fizz which is persistent and creamy. The wine has aromas of stone fruit - apricots and peach - with citrus, followed by herbal notes. The palate is semi-sweet and lightly frothing.

Constructed by a production method invented by Willi Opitz called Schilfwein (reed wine). The grapes for this speciality are harvested by hand when ripe; only after being dried on reed mats for six to eight months are they pressed very gently. From a hundred kilograms of grapes you only get around eight to ten litres of Schilfwein.

Crystal clear, straw yellow with golden hues. The nose is characterised by a fine and elegant aromatic concentration with notes of citrus and white melon, followed by orange blossom, white rose and sage. Surprisingly crisp and fresh, the palate has a delicate persistence with sweet citrus and melon flavours. Residual Sugar 100g/l

Rare by name and rare by nature. This wine is truly spectacular, expressing generations of flavour with the oldest material coming from fourth generation Jack Stanton in the 1960s. An appearance of deep brown with an olive tinge. The aromas are reminiscent of Christmas pudding, walnut and subtle chocolate.

South African legend & Icon wine. This 2007 vintage was recently awarded 97 points by Robert Parker, making it the best rated South African sweet wine in history. Golden hued, deep amber in appearance. First nose is of freshly dried pineapples with hints of vanilla and roasted almonds.
