German producer Villa Wolf make some absolutely fabulous, great value wine. This Pinot Noir Rosé from the Rhine River Valley is a great crowd pleaser. The wine has a delicate red berry aroma, with notes of strawberry, red currant and stone fruits. A hint of residual sugar adds a roundness to the palate, elegantly balanced by fresh acidity.

Beautiful display of classic ruby colours, cherry and raspberry like flavours and aromas. A hint of oak from the barrique barrel ageing, well balanced, soft acidity and ripe finish. This is a great cool climate Pinot Noir from the esteemed Aconcagua Costa Valley in Chile. The grapes were hand picked to ensure optimum ripeness and quality. The wine was aged for 10 months in French Oak barrels to gain complexity without overpowering the fresh fruit character.
A nose of redcurrant, raspberry and a hint of strawberry, with a nice smokiness. On the palate, the red fruits come through again. An unoaked Pinot, the tannins are not too harsh or overwhelming and there is a fresh acidity, with a short but pleasantly fruity finish. Benefits from decanting as it is still a little closed.
