The 'Albaclara' Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant bright yellow colour with silver hues. Marked notes of citrus fruits and fresh herbs greet the nose. In the mouth it has marked acidity, very fresh and mineral.
'Albaclara' combines perfectly with aromatic and spicy foods such as Thai food, also with seafood such as oysters and fresh white fish. It complements well with many appetizers and first courses, nuts, fresh cheeses with olive oil and fresh herbs.
Wine Features
Its name is inspired by the wonderful sunrises that arise from its vineyards, Albaclara is a pure Sauvignon Blanc, its grapes are handpicked in the Leyda vineyards. The grapes arrived at the winery and were then destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation was conducted at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks for 12 to 15 days, in order to enhance the freshness of the grapes. Once the fermentation was finished, the wine was left on its fine lees, carrying out a light shaking once every two weeks, before being bottled in the month of July.
