From Chile's Haras de Pirque, 'Propiedad Reserva' presents in tha glass red with violet tones. With a herbal and spicy character, there are also notes of fresh red fruits, such as raspberry and plum. In the mouth the notes of tobacco are repeated, with smoky and spicy touches. A wine that fully expresses the origin of its grapes.
Its soft tannins pair well with light cheeses, soups or fresh pasta with light sauces, walnuts and almonds.
Wine Features
The 'Property Reserve' is the result of the union of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère and Cabernet Franc, from the organic vineyards of Haras de Pirque, located in the Maipo Valley. The grapes come from selected vineyards, capable of preserving and enhancing the unique characteristics of this territory.
The individual parcels were vinified separately to enhance the softness and elegance of the tannins. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation and aging were carried out before being assembled and bottled.
