This is a sexy, superior quaffer. Fruit for this wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then underwent 100% malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak. A touch of sweetness from ripe, dark fruit is accented by a decidedly big impression of cherries and ripe plums. The tannins are nicely soft and inviting. With aromas and flavours like this, the blend is a crowd pleaser, pure and simple.
