Horse Kick Cider is locally pressed at Chasemore stud farm by Tom the Stallion. Hand made and about as natural as you can get. The first batch of Horse Kick has been fermented in New Zealand Pinot Gris barrels. This is some serious cider making, the sharp apple bite balanced beautifully by the richness of the wood, imparting wonderful wine like complexity and subtle notes of sweet spice.
