'Florilége' is an Upper Loire Sauvignon Blanc produced by organically tended vines by talented young winemaker Jonathan Pabiot. Delicate, Lightly floral nose with green apples, pear, flinty minerality on the palate, and a nicely textured mouthfeel.
Excellent with white meats, light and spicy curries, goats cheese.
