Leeuwenkuil Marsanne 2014

Leeuwenkuil Marsanne 2014
Tasting Notes:

This Marsanne is not so easy to pronounce, Leeuwenkuil, from the Voor-Pardeberg region, is the first cellar in South Africa to launch a Marsanne. The grapes were picked at lower sugar levels and whole bunches were pressed to maintain their crisp acidity and then it was aged for eight months in French oak. The resulting wine is packed with ripe tropical fruit, hints of vanilla and some wonderful floral aromas. Good acidity on the palate and a lingering mineral after taste.
