Tasting Notes:
Pale pink - Brad Pitt and Agelina Jolie were serious about making organic wine when they bought this vineyard. So much so they enlisted the help of one of the best wine makers in France, Marc Perrin. What they have created is a beautifully crafted and interesting, Provencal rose. Fantastic aromas with delicate flowers, strawberries and cream and cherries on the nose. In the mouth it is round and soft, with flavours of those berries, a little mineral and a hint, just a hint, of savoury/salt. Especially for a rose, the finish is long.
