Mount Stapylton Pamela Chardonnay 2013

Mount Stapylton Pamela Chardonnay 2013
Tasting Notes:

Mount Stapylton Wines was established by Howard and Samantha Staehr with the planting of their Grampians vineyard in 2002. On the back of the success of their Grampians vineyard, Howard and Samantha decided to then create one the best chardonnays in the world by the planting in 2009 of chardonnay at their property Little Yarra Station, at Gladysdale in the Upper Yarra Valley. Bright crisp chardonnay showing lovely pear, white peach, apple and grapefruit flavours. The oak is beautifully integrated aided by barrel fermentation. (94 points James Halliday) Winemaker: Caroline Mooney.
