Boutique Coonawarra estate with classic eucalypt notes. The Wild Goat Shiraz has it all going on. Fruity with hints of chocolate, mint and vanilla bean influence from the oak. Great stuff. Great value Oz classic for not much money.
The Balnaves’ family vineyard is situated at the southern end of the famous Coonawarra ‘Terra Rossa‘ strip. Deep rich red in colour, the nose is intense with aromas of ripe cassis, liquorice, and some spicy leather notes, combined with fine smoky French oak. The palate is solid and structured with a fine tannin finish.
One of the top wines from Raidis Estate, The Trip is a blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot. The wine has beautiful aromas of ripe blackcurrant, peppermint, tobacco and sweet spice. Full bodied with supple tannins and rich dark fruit leading to a long finish.
