Powerful aromatic bouquet. Dark berry fruits on the nose and mouth. Great layers of complexity and flavour. Plump raisin, spice, eucalyptus notes as well as the berry fruit flavours. An elegant and finely balanced wine.
This is a very youthful LBV, dark in colour with notes of red fruit, chocolate and spice on the nose. The palate adds an extra dimension and shows notes of rich mocha, black cherry and strawberry. Oak ageing adds a hint of vanilla.
Quinta do Fojo primarily grow grapes for Taylor`s Port, but in exceptional years they will produce a still wine. This is a rich, powerful Douro red, showing wonderful dark fruit, a beautiful perfume and complex, earthy aromas.
