Very fashionable dry white wine that has secured an international demand (having `been seen` in Madrid`s Tapas Bars in the 90`s.) Not unlike a chablis in style it has a lively freshness and dry minerality with a creamy finish.
Typical Albariño notes such as grapefruits appear on the nose with a subtle background of apple skin. In the mouth it is rich, fresh and fruity with a touch of saltines and eucalyptus . A complex and well-balanced wine.
Very pale with green-gold lights. The aroma is scented with wild flowers and white fruits. On the palate at first a luscious texture then a fine crisp citrus finish which makes it an ideal accompaniment to crustaceans.
