Horse Kick Cider is locally pressed at Chasemore stud farm by Tom the Stallion. Hand made and about as natural as you can get. The first batch of Horse Kick has been fermented in New Zealand Pinot Gris barrels.
The 2016 vintage of Albury Vineyard`s acclaimed Silent Pool Rosé. This is a single vineyard, Biodynamic Rosé made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It`s pale pink in the glass, with beautiful aromas of cherry blossom, strawberry and nectarine on the nose, The palate is crisp, with stone fruit flavours, pink grapefruit and delicate minerality.
Local and organic thisquality sparkling wine is produced with grapes grown in the Surrey Hills, using the same method as Champagne. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle over 18 months. The vineyard is on the Southern slopes of the North Downs near Guildford. Grape varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Undoubtedly, this gin is made with love. Gutsy Monkey is full-bodied, rich and smooth with subtle citrus and complex aromatic highlights. It is hand-crafted in tiny quantities in a traditional copper pot still.
