Eve is made in Surrey from a blend of apples designed to be very easy drinking. Fermentation is wild, relying on the natural yeast that exists on the fruit. Like a Saison or Lambic beer, the biodiversity of the land plays a big part in the character of the product. Eve is aged for 12 months before canning to allow the flavours to marry and the tannins to soften. We believe cider should be treated with respect and seen as more than a cheap alternative to beer.
