Bright yellow colour with a generous and expressive nose of apricot and dill seeds. Balanced with crisp acidity and charming finish. T-Oinos is the first wine in 3000 years to be produced from the volcanic soil of Tinos, a World Heritage listed island of the Cyclades. Alexandre Avatangelos originally trained as a philosopher and theologian and now operates a 10 hectare Organic vineyard in the central eastern part of the island. These wines boast a variety of complex flavours and aromas that are the fruit of a perfect combination of sun, sea and Etesian winds.
