Thorne & Daughters Cat`s Cradle 2020

This Chenin Blanc from Thorne and Daughters is made with minimal intervention, in order to maximise the natrual expression of the terroir. Whole bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeast, ensure this wine if full of character. Lovely gentle mineral notes, white fruit, with hints of hay, fennel and nuts and a vein of fresh acidity on the finish. Brilliant stuff!
