Silent Pool Damson Gin is made using locally grown Damsons that are steeped in the Albury gin to fully extract all their wonderful flavour, before gentle filtration. On the nose there are berry fruits mixed with crisp juniper and slight spiciness. The palate is bittersweet with the damson fiving way to hints of almond.

A classic London Dry Gin. Each of the organically sourced botanicals is distilled under vacuum to create a fresh, creamy, beautifully balanced gin like no other. Double Gold Medal Award Winner at San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The resulting distillate is left to settle for no less than three weeks, allowing the botanical essential oils of juniper berries, coriander seed, grains of paradise, savory, orange and lemon peel, liquorice and angelica root to blend perfectly with the grain spirit.
