The flagship expression from Dublin's Teeling, the Small Batch Irish whiskey is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels. Following that, the Teeling folks moved the whiskey over to casks that had previously held Central American rum!
A blend of Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whiskies which underwent a secondary maturation in Mossburn Cask Bill #2. These were specially built Oloroso Sherry Butts with heavily charred virgin American Oak heads which enhance the richness, depth and spicy vanilla flavours.
Aerolite Lyndsay is the first release from The Character of Islay Whisky Company and is a ten year old bottling. The peaty whisky has been sourced from an undisclosed distillery on the island. The liquid was aged for 10 years in a mixture of bourbon barrels and Spanish oak sherry quarter casks.
