The Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the Curico Valley. Curico‘s mediterranean climate is a result of the vines being shielded from the Pacific Ocean by the Coastal Range. Sauvignon Blanc from Curico is riper in comparison to the cooler climate regions in Chile, but is still able to retain freshness due to cool nights.
This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with a fruit-salad-bowl of flavours including ripe gooseberry, passionfruit, fresh citrus lime and exotic herbaceous aromas. The wine has an exciting palate with layers of juicy flavours, intensity and fullness, finishing with a refreshing crisp, clean and racy acidity.
This white blend comes from relatively high-altitude vineyards above the river Douro. Bright lemon in colour. On the nose, intense floral aromas stand out, as well as citrus fruits, tropical fruits, white stone fruits and light asparagus aromas. It has lively acidity which is well integrated on the palate.
The sweet dessert style Riesling is beautifully light and delicate. The precious peach and nectarine aromas come through on the palate. It`s not an over complicated wine, but it`s generous and fresh in a lovely small bottle. The perfect size for two.
A crisp and fresh Vermentino from vineyards in the South of France. Citrus aromas and notes of grapefruits and ripe fruits on the nose. Broad and fruity on entry with lovely aromas of ripe fruit, enhanced by a nice acidity, giving the wine good length on the palate.
On the nose tropical fruit aromas, such as papaya, mango and ripe pineapple are complemented by gentle notes of vanilla. A well-rounded wine with good volume, a concentrated palate and a long, clean finish.

Produced by one of the finest growers in St Veran, adjacent to Pouilly Fuisse, on vines situated on chalk and limestone hillsides. Wonderfully structured, showing great fruit with lovely toasty flavours and a crisp citrus aftertaste, ideally balanced and full bodied.
From Matelica the most interesting zone of Verdicchio. Pale, lemon yellow in colour, the 2009 is fresh and aromatic, with perfumes of white flowers and a touch of acacia honey. On the palate it is intense, with lovely depth of ripe, peachy fruit with a lemon twist on the finish.

The A Mano Bianco is a blend of Fiano and Greco from Puglia. This wine is full of aromas of white peaches, ripe pears, nectarines and a touch of jasmine. It has a racy acidity lifting the ripe fruit. The body is full and satisfying with a fresh acidity and a light spritz from the cool, long fermentation.
